Welcome to the LEAD Training website (“Site”). By visiting or using our Site, you agree to these website terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) which forms a binding agreement between you and LEAD Training Ltd. (“LEAD Training”).

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, do not access or use the Site.

LEAD Training grants you a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use and solely as permitted by these Terms and Conditions. Any other use of the Site, including the modification, alteration, distribution, transmission, performance, broadcast, or publication of any Content, or use of the Site in any manner that violates these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.
4. User Account
In order to become a member of LEAD Training, you must complete the Application. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted and for keeping such information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any other person. Any action taken using your account and password is solely your responsibility. LEAD Training is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
5. Personal Information
LEAD Training is committed to protecting your Personal Information and will not share or disclose any of your Personal Information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law. LEAD Training will not sell or trade your Personal Information to any third party.
6. Disclaimer
LEAD Training makes no representations or warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any of the Content on the Site. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance you place on any Content is done so at your own risk. LEAD Training reserves the right to modify or remove any Content at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of liability
LEAD Training shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits and any other losses, arising out of or related to the use of or inability to use the Content of this Site.
8. Indemnification by user
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LEAD Training from and against any and all claims, suits, damages, losses, liabilities, and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise out of or relate to your use of the Content of this Site.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Kingdom courts.
10. Time Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Site must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise such cause of action is permanently barred.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in force and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be deemed modified so as to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Waiver
Any failure by LEAD Training to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions must be in writing and signed by LEAD Training.
13. Entire agreement
These Terms and Conditions and any additional terms, policies, or guidelines posted on the Site constitute the entire agreement between LEAD Training and you with respect to the Site and supersede any prior agreement between you and LEAD Training.
14. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
LEAD Training reserves the right to revise and update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. If you continue to use the Site after such changes have been made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
