You will conduct primary market research and build a functional digital presence using tools like Canva, Google Docs, and Calendly. We offer flexible delivery options, including in-person, blended, and fully online live tutor-facilitated sessions. We blend essential business theory with embedded English and Maths skills to ensure you can handle everything from formal funding applications to complex cash flow forecasts.

This unit introduces learners to enterprise and entrepreneurial mindsets through real-world case studies and practical self-reflection. Learners explore motivations and barriers to self-employment, identify personal strengths and development areas, and build confidence using tools such as SWOT analysis. Embedded English and Maths skills support effective communication, reflective writing, and understanding business data, helping learners develop the foundations needed for enterprise and future progression.
This unit focuses on turning ideas into structured business plans through practical market research and customer insight. Learners explore different business models, identify target markets, and test ideas using surveys and customer profiling. Embedded English and Maths skills support clear business writing, persuasive communication, and the interpretation of market data, enabling learners to produce a concise business idea summary and a simple, well-structured business plan.
This unit develops essential digital skills for running and promoting a business online. Learners gain hands-on experience creating a basic online presence, using digital marketing tools, and managing everyday business tasks with platforms such as Canva, Google Docs, and Calendly. Embedded Maths skills support budgeting, scheduling, and interpreting simple analytics, while practical activities help learners build confidence in professional digital communication and online safety.
This unit introduces learners to the financial and practical steps needed to start and sustain a small business. Learners explore pricing, budgeting, cash flow, and funding options, alongside the legal basics of registering a business. Through practical activities such as budgeting exercises and pitch practice, learners build confidence in presenting ideas, managing finances, and creating a clear 30-day action plan to support their next steps into enterprise.
